[CA-SCGS] Are You Getting All the News from SCGS?

Our members enjoy several ways to receive information from SCGS, and each method has its strengths and drawbacks.

The Society's quarterly, The Searcher, contains interesting articles, interest group news, genealogical data, and library collection updates.

The most up-to-the-minute news comes from the Society’s two blogs.

Jamboree news and updates regarding the SCGS webinars, is announced on the Jamboree blog.  Information about SCGS activities, interest group meetings, and membership is posted on the SCGS Genealogy blog.

If you have not signed up to receive
updates from both blogs,
you are missing out on the
most up-to-date news from the
Southern California Genealogical Society.

It’s so simple. Painless, really. You don’t have to “do” blogs. You don’t have to remember to go to the website. You just have to sign up to receive blog posts through email. Then you just open up your email and read the news.

Fewer than half of our members are signed up to receive updates from the blog. Are you losing out?

Take a minute right now to make sure you are plugged in to get all the news. Do you have friends who haven't heard the news? Point them to the blogs, and encourage them to sign up too.
