The next meeting of British Isles Family History Society - U.S.A. will be Sunday, 27 February 2011, starting at 1:00 p.m. in the classroom of the Los Angeles Family History Library, 10741 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles, California.
Gene Cheney will speak on Reading Old American and English Handwriting. He will provide helpful hints for understanding old style script. Do you have an unreadable document? Bring it to the meeting. He will help you decipher it. Mr. Cheney is the Director of the Hemet Family History Library and the President of the Hemet-San Jacinto Genealogical Society.
